God's Fireworks...

While celebrating Independence Day at the lake, a storm brewed up just as we sat down to dinner! We had to rush inside and just as we finished eating, someone popped their head inside and said "come watch God's fireworks"! It was such a neat experience to feel the chill of the rain all around me as well as the thrills of the thunder shaking the deck underneath my feet! The lightning was amazing! The whole experience was like God was saying.. "yeah, ya'll can shoot off fireworks, but LOOK, SEE, SMELL, FEEL, and TASTE what I can do!" How incredible! Our God is TRULY an awesome God. He has SO much power over the heavens and the earth....I wouldn't want it any other way! :)
